Multi-agent OPS5

MAGSY is a development platform for multi-agent system applications. Each agent in MAGSY has a forward-chaining rule interpreter in its kernel. This rule interpreter is a complete reimplementation of an OPS5 system but was further enhanced to make it more suitable for the development of multi-agent system applications.
