This program is a special purpose language which accepts telemetry oriented statements and outputs a FORTRAN program which will accomplish the desired results. Naturally, the telemetry statements are the input. It is assumed only that the user has a basic understanding of the digital computer and has been somewhat exposed to a basic programming language.
