"Commission on legal issues related to information technology"). 1997-1999 Main author of and Swedish partner in the EU telematics project SeniorOnline on providing Internet online services to elderly people. 1997-2000 Main author and Swedish project leader in the EU telematics project SELECT on providing advanced intelligent and collaborative filtering services on the Internet. 1988-now Tenured professor at the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences, Stockholm University and KTH. 2001 Administrative-financial co-ordinator of the SALUT EU project on medical inmation on the Internet. 2002-2004 Co-ordinator of a new EU-funded project Web4Health (see http://web4health.info/) which continues the work in SALUT on developing a medical information web site with advanced natural-language question-answering facilities. Also developer of a collaborative content management system used in this project (More info.) Already two months after its opening, Web4Health had many hundreds of thousands of page hits per day from people all around the world. 2002-2004 Swedish project leader in the ADD-WIJZER EU project on legal information on the Internet.
