"APLSF is the implementation on the DECsystem-10 of  the  APL  language with shared system functions and system variables.  It runs on a KI-10 or KL-10 processor  under  release  6.03A  or  later  of  the  TOPS-10 monitor,  and  requires  VMSER  on  the  KI-10."
