The paper refers to ALGOL, citing its merits in algebraically-oriented problems, but then points out that ALGOL is unfit for algorithms which concern non-numerical codes. The language that is formulated, then, is based on ALGOL, but provides more flexibility. Values, expressions, indicators and information- indicators are described; a sample program is given.
